We tried our best to open, prepared a freezer full of gelato and sorbet on the day before opening… Unfortunately, due to circumstances beyond our control we could not get one critical piece of equipment to work and it caused fluctuation of temperature which in return caused the stock to melt enough to lose consistency and we could not sell it anymore! We decided to not open on the 14th as planned, we had to also close for the next two days to monitor the equipment and make sure all is well for opening next week. We will start making new batches of gelato and sorbet on Monday, and will open as soon as possible. Definitely we will be open for the next Lounging on High session on 21 December 2007 – feel free to turn up then for the best gourmet gelato experience in Wodonga!
